Operating this franchise will require you to work in private nurseries providing enjoyable, stimulating music lessons to groups or classes of young children.

Children inevitably respond differently in a nursery situation. To run this franchise successfully you will need to be:-
Able to sing. Much of the programme involves singing and is based on the premise that children learn to sing in the same way they learn to speak, by exposure to and imitation of examples they hear around them. So you need a tuneful and pleasant singing voice so you will be the best model for the children to follow.
Determined to make your business work. This will ensure you are driven to do what it takes and spend the time you need to be the best teacher you can.
Confident around people. You will need to develop good relationships with other adults in the nursery, and be able to teach and sing in front of others sometimes unknown.
Reliable. Children need routine.
Experienced at working with young children preferably in a nursery setting.
